So dvla lied to me ahah they said I was able to put my pit bike on the road which is second hand without recites just need a MSVA and fill out the v55/5 form and I'm set to go ahah

DVLA don't even know what a WPB is, let alone how you would pass an MSVA test.

below 49 cc (48.99cc max) you do not need to inform hmrc/ nova before registering a bike.

The shineray is 49.45cc so would need a nova declaration within 14 days of import or face a £5/day fine for late declaration.

NOVA only applies to Vehicles for road use funbikes do not have to comply with NOVA if they are off road bikes not intended for road use,
