Its the relay on you bike. Most pits will do the same if you really whack it back fast and all the way. you can make it better and more/faster response by fitting higher quality cdi's and super coils and all that jazz. To make your spark quicker therefore ignighting more fuel quicker and faster more responsive revs, lightened freewheels or IRK's , can also make it all faster too, because the freewheel spins much quicker and takes half as much time to get to higher revs. But these will also wear out you engine quicker and your loose a bit of classic pitty torque.
But if it bogging down too easy then you want to check all your fuel lines and jets for grime and blockages. Take your carb and air filter off and soak the filter. and strip the carb down and clean it with carb cleaner and jet out all the passages. put it back together and if that doesnt help then come cry again and we'll have to think of more sollutions.
