help with engine name

Hi there everyone hope all's well,right need some help with a little problem ive got with this engine i got with my road ripper when i bought it. basically on the log book its still registered as the 50cc lump it also came with, which had a bent con rod anyway it had this 125cc engine in it so i thought id register it so i put on the logbook 124cc engine and the engine numbers they then sent me a letter back saying i needed to provide proof of the engine capacity anyway they told me loads of options garages,aa engine inspection ect,and the simplest seemed contacting the manufacturers and asking them to send proof anyway i looked at the engine and there doesnt seem to be a name on it except this : 152FMH *07***44* < havent written 3 engine numbers,and also on the spark plug side of the head it has written on it : WD

so can anyone help me out with this mystery manufacturer because i cannot find it anywhere.
