malaguti grizzly

hi guys
first post on the forum
ive just restored a malaguti grizzly mx for my grandson.the purple framed model with yellow bodywork.
1st day out on a mx track today and he loved it
one problem after 2 hours his throttle cable snapped
for the life of me cant seem to find on the net a replacement.
any help would be really appreciated by Charlie aged 9

I would take the cable off and take it to your local bike shop and see if you can match it with something else. There is a certain amount of adjustment available so as long as the difference in length between the outer and the inner is pretty close and the nipples are the same then it should fit
