How do i set the timeing on a SSR pit bike i moved the flywheel back and forth like 100 times does this matter and what does it mean by putting the piston at the top dead center

TDC means piston at the top, nearest the spark plug hole (a small screwdriver helps check)...as does the big T on the flywheel.

Get the T on the flywheel to line up with the line on the cases, refit the cam sprocket so the cam is lined up with the arrow/dot on the head - you may need to turn the cam round which isnt always very easy depending on your valve springs - sometimes I deliberately set it wrong just so I can get the flywheel to turn the cam round to the correct orientation, then undo and set it right.
