Hi again!

I posted the tread about the Mikuni but I decided to start a new thread beacuse it felt so "of topic"!

Anyway, As you may know I got a 250cc apollo engine on my Orion 250cc water cooled bike! But what can I do to increase the power in the 250cc engine? I want more power, simple as that!

It only got 16 horsepower and that is maybe too little according to my opinion!
Any Idés?..

All I would say is go with the next size piston up (preferably high comp piston) and a rebore then you want a race cam

why would you want MORE power out of a 250cc?

get better tyres.. thatll make it seem faster cause you can grip more.. i guess

No, I want more power out of a 250cc engine beacuse it got so little! Only 16 hp!

Were can I find a new CDI box to it?

I know it doesn't increase the power but it increases the rev limit very much! And that may do that the bike go faster!

Am I right?

yeah of ebay also get a performance exhaust and carb to feel the real power

So I can buy a new exaust to it? Thats nice! But were can I find one of those?
I searched fore it on eBAY but there are like thousand of them

...help?

And were can I find one of those CDI boxes?
By the way, nice bike! Can I guess a Suzuki rm 125

these bikes take the p i s s anyway. 250cc pushing out just 16 bhp. the bloody 140's can push 18. i doubt the gearbox and clutch in those 250's is up to much though. however a gas flow(port pollish and enlarge) would be very useful as i did one on a honda cr250 and worked like a bloody dream!
