not getting fuel to my spark plug
hello they right after alot of messin about and alot of stress with my engine i think ive found the problem and that fuel is not gettin to the spark plug from the carb i cleaned the carb out with carb cleaner and checked jets for blockages and everything is sweet put fresh fuel in got as new plug ....... right i fitted new spark plug today and cleaned carb ect and was kicking for ages and wonderd why it was starting i got told to check the spark plug to see if it was geting fuel to it so i did and noticed it wasnt and the spark plug was really dry so now im stuck dose any one no what could cause this problem as thjis is really doin my head in now

try puttin a touch of fuel down the spark plug hole to test your theory if starts like that u know you on the right track

To comfirm it tip some petrol down the spark plug hole, and see if it fire's, then go from there.....
Be ready with the plug (quick), a little over finger tight will do for it to fire...

So when testing by putting a dab of fuel down the spark hole, do you put the plug back in and then fire it up? And will it fire even tho my carb has been stripped off?

Yes your plug needs to be in to ignite the fuel, not sure on the carb needing to be fitted but I think it would to do with airflow? Carbs are black magic to me
