Re: speedo

yes I have and they are accurate.
You can set it for any size wheel.
You mesure the circumference by rolling the front wheel one revolution and mesuring how far it goes

I think 12' is 1400mm

The computer counts the number of revs of wheel then calculates speed......so it won't be inaccurate unless you put the wrong distance in.

Only one problem I found is that the CDI can reset the the comuter to factory so you gotta reset it.

The sparks so high voltage it just causes a radio frequecy that does it.

Mind you can get value speedo's fron Tesco for a couple of quid.....well worth it.

I can tell you how I fixed mine on if you want.

That multiplug from inside the sproket cover and coming out of the stator cover is the wiring for the gear selector indicator that they use on the road bikes .

Some bike have them cut off others leave them on.

I actually connected up a bulb and holder for the top of the forks and connected it to the neutral indicator wire and earth so I had a neutral indicator.....looked really trick.

There are 5 wires one fo each gear and neutral.
