This is the carb look at the 3rd picture where the air filter goes it's pissing out petrol from the little gold hole??
Looks like a delorto copy carb. Chances are Its pissing out fuel because the float is stuck. A trick we used to use was dropping the back end a few times to free it. Have you had the carb apart?

Not as of yet looks like I'd have to take engine out to get at carb?

You should be able to remove the carb without talking the engine out

The carb clamps onto the manifold if i remember correctly. Can you get some photos of your carb on the bike?

So I got the carb off and cleaned and put a inline tap on but now every time I turn tap on petrol leak from where the exhaust goes into engine and still won't start this thing is driving me crazy

Take a photo of the carb on the bike as it is so we can see

where abouts in the uk are you?

Northampton mate got it starting(for now?) but it just goes as soon as it start think I got to play with the idle screw also what's the screw just under the idle screw

That's the carb
The only screw i can see is the one with the spring on it which is the idle screw. i dont know what else to suggest mate. If you lived closer to me id take a look at it for you ut never mind.

Cheers mate if u look on pic it's just below the idle gold in colour it's a flat head screw
