hi, recently picked up a shineray 125 from ebay as a winter hack/uni project. will be removing the engine pretty soon as itll be used for uni so will be looking for a lump with a bit more go in it. for now though here she is, cant wait to get insured on her:
what pressure should i be running in the tyres for road use?

Re: new member, new bike
cheers lads, got a bit of work done on her last night. taken the engine out and will be putting it into a static frame for use with uni, and also removed alot of the stuff i want to replace.
whats peoples views on what size rims/tyres to run. been looking at some 10/12 inch sm wheel/tyre packages and cant decide what size to go for?

12/12 all the way
10's are too small for the road imo you might get 1 or 2 mph faster top end as well on 12's

i like 10" wheels on crf style opposed to 12" ok the klx style bikes.
i have these http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/CNC-HUB-SDG-10...4.c0.m14.l1262
or you could go with these: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/CNC-HUB-SDG-10...4.c0.m14.l1262
but if you decide to go with 12" you could get a set of these if you are willing to spend that much you could go with these: http://www.ooracing.com/store/index....productId=1811
hope this helps m8.
