Choke help

Completely new to this, just bought my first bike, have been into mountain biking for a long time and wanted to try pit bikes too.

Little things are throwing me off at the minute and I cant seem to find any answers on my SuperStomp 125, could someone tell me where my choke should be when I leave it, fuel? off? or reserve?

I know the off seems obvious, but the bloke who sold it to me (who new a lot more than me) left it on fuel and I only noticed after 2 days.

Any help will be most appreciated!

Re: Choke help

thats not the choke mate thats the fuel tap when the tank is full and your riding have it on, when it runs out turn it to res, if your not riding it no point having it on so turn it off

Re: Choke help

the position in the picture you have put up is the off position, leave it like that when you leave the bike for any period of time bud, pit bike carbs tend to be cheap and a bit nasty so saves losing any precious juice if the float has a mare, which they do do

Re: Choke help

Thanks for the help! The guy told me that was the choke....hence why I couldn't find any info probably!

Nice one

Also, to save opening another thread, when I change the oil in it, where do I put it back in? There looks like two places I could do this, either back through where the dipstick is, or an opening further forward, see below;
