Ordered a new manifold from welsh pit bike on wednesday that arrived Friday and fitted it yesterday runns a lot better now but still very jerky
Just been out on it and the chain has snapped not a happy bunny, don't think it will be having some updates for a while as I need spend some time and money on the zed
Hey dude you've done a wikid job so far on tht beauty I have exactly the same bike just iv stuck with a 110 engine Iv been looking at them graphics for a bit now and iv decide I like em even more seeing them on the bike quick question what twin exhaust did u buy? From where? and what problems did you have fitting? As I have found 1 but not sure if it will fit too

The bike has now been sold mate, the twin exhausts don't fit because the foul on the shock but if you fit a different swinger they may fit
