are we racing to get vids uploaded

, it takes ages about 30 mins to render then a hour to upload .

dude i started 7 vids uploading last night my laptop hasnt stopped since i still have 4 of the 7 to go, youtube is useless with the gopro footage any tricks how to speed it up?

i use camtasia studio7 to edit and render vids then save em to a file then youtube it.

i do cut as much crap out at the start of vid and the end to try to make it as short as poss , mine end up at 450mb and thats 12 mins , what mb is yours .

oh are you using yours on the best video setting ? , i use r4 which is 2nd from best .
i was told not to try and use r5 as you need a top spec pc and fiber optic broadband to upload ( way to big a file ) .i tryed r5 and i couldnt realy tell much differance in quality so for speed i use r4 .

no idea on file size etc, i upload to youtube then edit will look at what you use. i've heard about the quality settings i'm sure im only on r3 but will check. my internet connection is sh*te out in the sticks too
