those cams are a bitch to get out without another pair of hands, got any tips for doing it by yourself?

its funny you ask that actually mate, i was trying to get it out on my own, dropped the bloddy head onto the tray i was working over(accidentally) and it just dropped out!
i thought ****, checked it all for any damage then laughed cos i knew what a pain it is getting it out! bonus!
