Re: Carrying a chain on a supermoto?
drop it over your head onto left shoulder and poke right arm through the chain so its along side your right rib cage.

Ah sorry should of mention that, that's a pic from ebay, and he's not selling it with the bike.
Plus i don't really want a bulky saddle bag on the seat, just some way of keeping it on the mudguard or something.

Hmmm i might make a little mount under the mudguard so i can wrap it round the mudguard then lock it onto that.

Re: Carrying a chain on a supermoto?
dont bother, get one of those cable locks.
I've got one real beefy one, it comes with a mount... so you literally bolt the mount to the frame, then roll up the wire lock into a loop. Then just clip it to the frame. Fits perfect!
then just chain it from the frame to the rear wheel or something.

Re: Carrying a chain on a supermoto?
go to halfords and buy an expanda-bag, if folds up into a little square, i had one when i had my husky sm bike, there is 2 loops on the back i just stuck a carribinea clip through them and clipped it onto the brace on my renthals, and used to carry my chain in it & when i locked it up i'd clip the bag on the bars again. also it wont hurt your back or anything as the bottom of the bag usually rests on the seat.

Re: Carrying a chain on a supermoto?
heres the link to the bag. http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/s...egoryId_165547
ive also got a cargo net, so when the bag was full with a coat and that i'd just have it on the fender.
