Got a few bits from oor, jordyroo will be making me a speedo bracket
Numberplate bracket showed up, its from a cbr125, pretty big! got my plate on, and new tax disk holder, need to fill in some holes on the bracket with some filler and buy a tail light to fit

Sprayed the frame today as it was the best days weather weve had in ages! couldnt be more happy with the result from halfords spray cans, gonna leave it till next weekend to start assembly, so it gives time for the paint to harden, the frames being kept inside so should dry well and have a resistant finish to scratches hopefully
Also drilled my front axel and swinger for my bobbins, had to order front axel from oor and drill new holes in swingarm as drilled them too big! ohwell....

Cleaned the dnm up and installed a new bump stop!

Started to remove the paint from wheels for polishing
Also started cleaning up the yx160 ready to go in, no pics of yet

Got my bobbins on after receiving the drilled front axel
And continued to remove paint from mags..........

Finished doing 1 side of 1 mag, took 4 hours
Still gotta polish it up to a perfect mirror

Started to assemble the bike today so i could mock up what itd look like, new swing arm bearings, headset greased up and starting to look like a bike!

still gotta choose my final colour scheme, started cleaning my engine today ready to go in
Wierd thing is, seat heights higher than my old crf70! which is great, super happy with dnm as ive not had one before.

Fitted my headlight/speedo with cable ties so i could get them into the position i wanted and mock it up a little, big thanks to downrider for the speedo bracket tips! just waiting for jordyroo to send me the bracket!
Nice thing with fatbars is that you can actualy see speedo

Got my mini battery and holder today from the friendly guys at oor
Heres where im mounting it, need to drill/tap 2 holes in the frame to hold it securely, nice and tucked away once plastics on and theres enough room to remove and replace battery etc without removing mount
Also paid Gaz last night to sandblast my barrel/head/manifold so when thats back will be poping engine in, will be sending them off to him tomorow

Still working on the mag polishing!
Got a couple small bits today, big thanks to fiddyparts nifty delivery with the fender saver, this is so i have something to attatch numberplate bracket to, also got my neutral pickup from oor with some stickers for the bike
also got the adjustable indicator bracket from ebay

Finished polishing one side of the back wheel yesterday, got my cooler, piston rings in the post today, also mocked up my numberplate position, decided against the large plastic tail tidy that ive got pictured above and have got one coming from oor, finished all the mounting for headlight/speedo, (speedo bracket thanks to jordyroo) should have my head/barrel back from gaz on mondayish
Anyone got some time they wish to kill? i suggest you polish your mags haha

Little order from oor arrived today, still a £90er though suprisingly, top quality stuff though, slight issue with the carbon cover but will get in touch with them
And a big thanks to gaz56 for sand or shot blasting my head/barrel/manifold, they look amazing! this guy is an absolute legend, took a week from me sending it to receiving it back, top work and great price too, shame royal mail con me of £26 postage both ways

Got couple bits from oor today
Also big thanks to fiddyp for the stickers, also got my talon 17t front sprocket here along with a load of other bits but cba to picture it all to be honest, ignition loom and rear brake master fitted to bike, need to order new swingarm for it so its back in bits again, wont be long now

Sorry progress has been slow, this is due to waiting for my bottom end back from sandblasting
Got my custom graphics today from tbgfx, tom barratt on facebook, done a realy good job, what you think?
