Right I just sold a few parts on ebay, and the buyers payed me through paypal, now paypal are saying they have to hold the money for 21 days or until the buyer loeaves me posotive feedback, but I want to know if I can buy stuff off ebay etc using the money they are holding ?

nothing you can do untill they leave positive feedback.

even if you phone them up all they will say is ' its against the terms of agreement'

you sure they haven't sent a e-cheque that takes ages to clear into paypal?

No they not sent an e-cheque as it says on the paypal website that there doing this to everyone who has less than 100 stars on ebay,

When someone leaves me posative feedback how will they know to release the money ? as someone left me good feedback for one item and they still not giving me my monies.

When i sold my Wii i had the same problem, they held the money. I kindly emailed the lass that bought it and asked if they could leave feedback, she did and the money got transfered. Easy as 123.

I think that's a stupid idea, they could buy something off you and never leave feedback and it would be the as getting scammed!

got it in one thats one of the reasons ive closed my ebay and paypal cos they kept doing it and also if you close your account they hold your cash for 180 days they have £70 of mine
