Keep snappin Pull starts

Hi guys i seem to be struggling with pulling my Mini Moto i dont see whats wrong sometimes its alright some times its a pain to pull its like sometimes it gets stuck and lifts the who mini moto... Can someone please tell me whats wrong!

Hah na nothink to do with that its when it catches the Fly wheel its like locks and dosant move sometimes i dunno weather its to do with not having enough oil in the head or im doing something wrong!

drill start it by turning the bolt on the flywheel with a drill

have you looked at the little pull start wheel if their a bit knackered they can lock up and rip the pull start right out off your hand

if is gettin hard to pull might be damaged rings or damaged engine. what fuel/oil ratio are you running

Its a new pullstart.. And its 50:1 but i looked at my fly wheel before and i duno if its suppose to be flat were the pull start chatches but i looked at my other one and it dosant look the same so im thinking i have done damage to the Fly wheel??

yeah you might have nackered it. well if you have the flywheels on ebay are very cheap. to take the rounded nut off hammer a smaller socket on the bolt and take it off that way. worked for me.

how would i lock the Flywheel so it dosant move??
