What is the width of the wheels on standard mini motos?

Hi there everyone,

I am building a mini bike, much like the ones you see over in the USA, with a Honda GX160 clone engine on it.

I would like to use the rear wheel from a mini moto, as they look OK, have a pre-attached sprocket and are very cheap.

I would like to know the width of the wheels, so see if they fit my custom frame.

The rear wheel has a widened section on it to fit sprockets, from what i can see in photos, which is worrying me as to whether it will fit or not.
