Electric Pit-bike

Hey Guys,

Thought this might be of interest to you...

http://shop.ebay.co.uk/cybernezz/m.html

I started with my demon X140 - but it was too noisy apparently when I was following my son out on the dirt bikes.

I ended up selling the Demon X140 and started new electric project! Will have a really mint "Demon X Electric Pit" in the next week or two to share with you..

Anyway. I'm selling one of the little bikes that I have (same as my sons) - got it on ebay (link above).

Its recomended for 12+ although to be honest, I'd say 4+ to about 10/12.
My lad is 5 and pictured on the auction sat on it in one of the pictures.

Fully charged it will run for about 1 & 1/2 hours. Depends on the size of your child and whether or not they pin-it constantly

I think these bikes are amazing. Charged up in about 2-3 hours, full suspension & great in the mud.

Best of all they are completely silent - so your neighbours can't complain!

Couple of pictures below.

Standard they do 15mph. Have a look on Youtube

These are huge in america - and there's loads of yanks modifying them beyond belief!

According to the internet you can stick another 12v battery into these and get 30/40 mph out of them...
Check this link out:

Standard they come with 12v 7ah SLA batteries.
I have just replaced my sons with 12v 15ah batteries that basically doubles the running time.

Next steps wil be either to buy 3 x 12v 10ah SLAs which will really speed it up, or..

change the SLAs for Lipo batteries (which are ultra light). They would be 36v too so I expect it would do 40+ easy then.

Dont think my boy is ready for that yet tho

My new pit-bike will be 48v 1000watts with lipo + a huge rear sprocket

Not sure depends on the spec etc. Is it for an adult?
My daughter has a 36v 500w mx500 which must be worth £250 - £300 at least.
When mine is done should be near 700 at least.

If you have 5 minutes checkout "Zero mx bike" on YouTube. Zero make some cool electric bikes
Cost like £5k tho!
