Have a look inside your end can, You will see baffles.
Opening it up reveals about 5 MAJOR baffles inside the can.

If you want to remove them, Go to a local parts supplier, and get a length of perforated exhaust pipe.



Cut it to length, and replace it with the one in your can.

Wont do a great deal, Might make it a bit more responsive though.
And a lot louder too.

Plus sold me car too, so will start to get the ball rolling with getting me full licence and a bigger bike.

Thought I'd bring this thread back to life !

Moved house and had no broadband so ain't been on for a while.

No much to report thou, changed the chink chain for a decent one from Jenny, Ta Jen

and I changed me number plate as snapped the corners off me old one cleaning it !

Will get some pics up when I find me camera lead !

I also passed me bike theory last week and going for me full test when get a break from the snow !

I will keep ya posted

Well I passed my full bike licence !!

So time has come to sell my road legal pit

Its a 2008 Masai 125cc

Taxed til end of DEC

568 miles at the moment, I use it daily so will go up.

17T front sprocket and 37T rear sprocket ( still have originals )

TEC chain only put on just over a month ago.

K & N style filter

Oil changed twice since I've had it, once when first had it then once at 500 mile.

Heavy Duty SDG rear wheel

Rear 190mm Wavy Disc

Longer Shineray rear shocker

'Posh' anodised Quick Throttle ( all fitted just after Xmas)

20w Front fork oil

Nearly new Michelin Pilot Sport 120-70-12 on the rear ( fitted end of Jan )

New Stainless steel Wheel bearings front and rear

LED indicators all round with 'fast flasher' Relay fix

Pro taper copy bars with Renthal Bar pad

Better grips

Relocated number plate with LED Number Plate lights.

All bolts either Copper greased or loctited were appropriate, some changed to better stainless ones.

Just read through all 18 pages of this thread and its come along loverly!

Thinking about doing a Masai DB50 project up til my 16th, then maybe when i hit 17 wack a 125 engine in it

My Masai sorta fuked up erlyer? i dont no what happend, it juggered, felt like it was running out of petrol but i had a full tank? i fink its something to do with the gears, im not sure? :S
