right im trying to send a small amount of 13.50 through paypal but im getting an error of send limit exceeded.

i have the exact amount of 13.50 in my paypal but i cant send it. i had a message saying i need to confirm the bank details to increase the sending limit but the two deposits havent still got to the bank and i need to send the money tinight.

anything i can do?
