Running issues yx140

Right i bought a new carb as my old one was shit..

I bought the 26mm molkt? Carb off ebay..

This carb worked straight away.. And tiked over pretty nice but its not the best..

The issue is when i floor it in 3rd it bogs down asif its miss firing it somtimes does it in other gears thats just what gear ive noticed it in..

Any advice or adjustment help appriciated

Take out your spark plug and see what colour it is. From there we can advise you on what to do next

Stock setting is always wrong in molkt carb put your needle clip 1 up from the bottom so 1 notch down from middle

ignore this comment^^ he clearly has no idea what hes talking about

Why tell him to do that when you have no idea how the engine running or what the current settings are. Your telling him to lean the mixture. What if his engine is already running lean? Bang goes the engine

When running a new carb its best to start from scatch and set the carb up the correct way. Your spark plug will tell you what needs to be done

I run a yx 140 with a molkt 26 mine runs perfect at stock which I believe came 2 nd from the bottom

Either way a plug chop should be done first
