hi this is the first time ive been on here in about 3 years but anyway ive got given a 1989 kawasaki gt550 but iv only got my a2 licence for 1 more year and i cant find any restrictors for anywhere!!

any help would be appreichiated

i think you can get a universal one that contects to your cdi's the limit the rpm of the bike. not 100% on it tho

Just get a throttle restrictor.

If I'm honest I wouldn't bother. Hardly a racing bike as it is anyway. Just ride it.

Ride it dont get caught simples i know a lad whos been riding his gixer 750 on restricted license for past year and half no bother

well thats what i was planning to do but just recentley one of my friends friend had a sv650 and the wasnt restricted the police pulled him and told him that they have reason to belive its not restricted and it was picked up there and then to be dyno'd it come back as saying 60bhp or what ever they are an he lost his licence!

i dont plan on loosing my licence just yet lol

They give you like a few days before the dyno just stick a screw in the throttle making sure it cant go past like 3-5k revs or somit
