YX140 Gearbox build help +pics

Need some help on building this gearbox I got off eBay... Ive got as much as I could done with the link I was given on my other thread. The engine looks to be from 2006 off a stomp racing? 14mm kick start shaft.

Im mocking it all up so when I buy new parts and gaskets I know whats what...

Im now left with these bits in the pics and I wanted the experienced to have a quick butchers to see if Ive done anything wrong or wether theres anything you have spotted that I need to buy as what you see in the pics is what I have.

It still needs a new bearing, the manual online says 6201 which ive got that will fit the case but wont allow the gear shaft thing through.

These first pics Ive not a clue what to do with

And does this look right to you?

Does something go into this bearing? Cant see anything that would from the case

Bearing on the left of one fitted needs fitting when I find the right one

Does anything go on the outside of this hole? I know the gear selector drum sits in it from the inside but surely it must need something to stop oil leaking?

Thanks

the bearing goes on the clotch backet mate on top of the springs, the various washers go inbetween the gears and the two washers with the notches anf forks go in the clutch basket before you put the clutch plates in

The gear selector shaft is missing.
As are the ks retaining plate bolts.
Have you got a bolt for retaining the gear selector drum?

Surely the gearbox bearing your needing on the output shaft,as the KS gear, with the normal bearing, not the newer needle roller bearing is a 6202?

Ive got the gear selector shaft just didnt picture it because I know what that is lol

Theres a shed load of bolts that came with it just didnt picture them either..

Probably is a 6202 Im not sure this is all very new to me but a learning curve on the way

6002 is the only one that will fit...? Tried a 6202 and it fits the shaft but its too big for the case, 6201 fits this case but wont fit the shaft

But according to both manual Ive seen one says 6201 and the other 6202 .... Ill try a 6002 and if it works fine Ill ride it till its dead!

Best thing to do is keep everything tidy all in order step by step otherwise you'll get stuck
