Fork oil...

Hopefully not a stupid question, I'm looking to put heavier fork oil in my front suspension as at the moment they are just too bouncy/soft even with the fully adjustable forks. My question being... What is the standard weight of fork oil in most pit bike suspension? or how will I know what my forks have in them as standard?!

Forks are one shot if that makes it any easier?! And is it a case of just swapping fork oil out or will I need to change internals too?!

Cheers guys!
