Barrel wont go into the bike

Please help new barrel piston etc same size has the old one but it wont push into the engine ? just stops like it is too big but it is the same size as my old barrel ? thanks !

It is a Ducar bike and the barrel is lifan but I was told Ducar copied Lifan. and so on lol.

Driving me mad ! would love my bike out again !.

Sounds like u have got the wrong barrel .

Silly me ill try the old barrel on before I do anything else. Should of done that first thing.
