Re: Nearly Finished my BBR/Takegawa bike!
they are just mounted up for now, they will all need positioning when I start to test it, the whole bike needs stripping down and rbeuilding with locktite, this was just a mockup to make sure everything worked.
You dont have to pull both levers but it is quite tight, i might flip it round and turn it into a thumb brake.

if you add up the parts, at most it would be around 7800 quid (without labour/oils/etc) but it didnt cost me anywhere near that, alot of its used or bought through suppliers.

I did think about it but I couldnt find a cylinder with the right size mounting for the banjo fittings, I also prefer having both the levers on the bars, and I dont use the rear brake that much anyway, ill see how well it all works once its re-built.

Re: Nearly Finished my BBR/Takegawa bike!
the red/orangey things on the spokes are spoke tensioners, they stop your spokes coming loose (or thats what they are meant to do)

Re: Nearly Finished my BBR/Takegawa bike!
sort of, not a pit bike shop, quads/4x4/car suspension - shop and workshop, also build offroad buggies on the side for one-off customers. So have a few suppliers who can get pitbike parts even if thats not their main products.
