28th Dec: Ordered a XLR 140
31th Dec; They Ring me, tell me been on xmas break and dont have 140 in stock so upgrade me to 160 when it come from Chine or whereever, tell me to email back on 13th jan
13th Jan: Email them to find out bike is stuck in customs will be shipped as soon as they recieve it between 16th - 20th email them back on 18th
18th Jan:Email them, we will not recieve bike until 25th and will then ship out same day, email us on 25th to confirm shipment
25th Jan: Email them - No reply
26th Jan: No bike, emailed them - no reply

Anyone else had experince like this?
If so how long must i wait. And all this time i have had nothing they have had a tidy sum of money sat in their bank account

Phoning is always better than emailing, i just hate having to gather coins for the phone box haha. You lucky getting a 160 lol. should be worth the wait. Keep your tax duty paid receipt incase you wanna go road legal

Same here mate ordered off them before and had the orders next day. i would ring them if i were you because they dont check their emails too often.

no offence but alot of the importers will tell you bikes are in stock just to get the money !

this does not happen all the time but still not a good way to do things if i or jen sells a bike they are in stock at that time or if for any reason there is a problem we let the customer know asap.

ive had really good service from CokerMoto, i brought my bike as a roller from them, and then a YX 160 4V engine from them... and got a few extras.... i think they are pretty good tbh
