not sure yet, covered everything over in the garage but forgot to cover the klx engine over so it now has a faint silver overspray might be taking it to glyn to be shot blasted though

then shower the bike in pc goodies

Haha u tool. Keep it like that could look cool looking forward to the pc parts too

yeah well i'm skimping on the suspension so i can afford to budget in the pc bits if all goes to plan the suspension will cost me £28 including post for front and rear springs

Not much has happened on the build at the moment ( still waiting for the hammerite to cure fully) but its built up as a roller now

Id put some HD clutch springs in it too iiwy. the stock ones are really weak and theres only 4 standard. get 6 HD ones in there...
I wouldnt bother with engine mods myself, the 110's go well with pipe and stock motor.
I just sold a nice ss klx110 to a mate that rides mx, theres not much would catch him on that thing, ****ing awesome bikes

Cheers, the engine is pritty much staying standard for now, i think the most tuning it will get is hd clutch plates, cam and a exhaust.

Update, well not a very big one got a HD fork spring today and some new fork oil, fitted them and it feels much better at the front end.



( I cleaned the spring off after it had been on the floor )
