It should make more power than a 155/160, but then you have more options with the 155/160.
It's great if you need to stay in a class limit.

Right I've been to the engineering shop near by and they said they would skim the head on it for a cheep price cause my dad user them for years with his cars. Would that be worth it as far as I know it should be running standard compression ? Is this right or Dora the big bore kit lower or increase the compression ? Any advice would be appreciated !

You could do it but i'd check the valve-piston clearance first to be safe.

Okay thanks mate any other mods like this that are possible? My dad was talking about getting bigger valves cut in and a lightened fly wheel ?

i wouldnt lighten the flywheel mate it will unbalance the crank and make it more likely to snap
