No spark??!?!?!?

i go to start my lifan 120cc pit bike it starts and cuts out straight away then it starts but only with revs and was popping etc.then it didnt start and i checked and it had no spark.ive changed spark plug and still no spark.what could it be and how could i check

Could be cdi unit,
Coil
Or the magneto

Or loom,
ht lead,
or the spark plug cap

or a bad earth.

Work through checking the wiring, then use a few of the youtube videos to check your stator etc.
