Problem's with WPB 125

Hi, I am very new to pitbiking having just bought my first... I have ran it in etc.
But I am having problems when running the bike
1. It wont run when the choke is in the off position it just seems to splutter and die. So I have been running it on half choke.
2. When running it on half choke and reaching full throttle in 4th gear it seems to miss and pop. Which I believe to be over fuelling due to running it on choke.

I have tried adjusting the tick over screw to no avail.
Any help will be much appreciated!!
Thanks
Joe

How long have you had the bike? Try cleaning the carb

I have had the bike about a week and it was brand new when I bought it, so the carb shouldn't need cleaning yet but thanks anyway!

Thats not possible because when I bought the bike I did not have it assembled via a motorbike garage meaning that they wont touch it now
