I bought my son a lmx 88cc bike from cw bikes for christmas. Rear brake faulty not working. They are not willing to send out a replacment brake assembly. Brand new bike and my son cant ride it. 0 out of 10 for aftersales 👎

^^ if the case is genuine, make a "letter before claim" and send it to the seller as signed for delivery. not fit for purpose, warranty claim.

next step if Letter wont solve the issue is, hmcs gov UK, at small claims court.

that letter which is free, most likely already gets the issue solved. small claims court is for max 0~5000£ claim.

opening the claim will cost summink 20£

Most if not all pit bike sellers are the same.

Cw bikes his name I callan, is a prick to even ask advice abot what you should buy... yes, what you should buy from him and even than hes a prick.

Pit Bike Spares, had a few parts from them, good prices and nice to deal with. And not on the list DBRacing, had a bike from them top service. I've not had any problems with any pit bike companies yet, so far so good.

Petrol scooter seem to have issues with their listing/it system, loads of bad feedback about receiving wrong parts.

I recently had a notification that a set of orange plastics in my watch list had been reduced from £9.99 to £4.99 so I ordered two sets (didn't really want orange but they where cheap)

Fast forward a couple days and I received two sets of gaskets for a klx style 140 engine?

When questioned about why I had been sent gaskets I was just told the price I paid was for two gasket sets and that the plastics should be £9.99 each.

I was like wtf? Nothing in the listing or item description even mentioned gasket sets I've not even got them in my watch list.

Something in their mailing or listing system must use price to identify stock rather than item number, it took about a week for the price to be corrected so i can only imagine others have been affected either that or it was just deliberate.

I received a refund without them asking for the gaskets back, and they are local so I might just drive their and pick up the bits I actually want.

I miss ordered an oval hole instead of a round hole head gasket for a yx140 emailed them directly back and they said already sent and I should keep if as a spare a spare for what it doesn't fit

Yes I've spoke to a few of the companies on the list and I agree , calam at cw bikes is a massive knobhead , I asked his advice on a z40 cam he was selling and he said unless I was gonna buy it now , he wasn't prepared to tell me anything about it , how can you buy something if you don't know it will fit , then he put the phone down , absolute horrible wanker., db racing should be on the list there customer service is by far the best they will go out of there way to help you .
