BOOM! theres me gone over the handle bars no major injuries just 1 scratch on my arm and leg, but got up went to the bike its on the floor. The driver and his family are still in the car so i went to the window basicly sayin **** to him he got out sayin we all cool everything cool , then the d head try takin mi num plate so i put mi hand on it and told him to move the guy moved, i took is number plate down.

what will happen if he goes to the insurance? my insurance is 510 a year how much would it be if he wins the case?

im guna say he kept riding 25 mph then 30 then 25 kept jurking and **** den i looked back this guy slammed on is brakes and i hit him.

Re: Crashed in to the back of a car.

To be brutal mate, you probably won't stand a chance. You was riding right up his chuff which is a massive no no.
You should have been riding at a reasonable distance to have time to brake.

Sorry but that's how it will stand up.

Re: Crashed in to the back of a car.

your fault mate,as you wernt the correct distance behind the car...thinking distance and stopping distance ring a bell???

if you was the correct distance from his ass end then you would of stopped in time also you wasnt paying attention if you was looking behind you.

Re: Crashed in to the back of a car.

my mate did the same thing only he was 2 or 3 cars distance between this woman in a vectra, it stops suddenly in the road and me mate has no time to react and smashes into the back of the car, she got out and was like "are you okay" my mate said "what the fuck are you doing" and she replied "oh i went to put it into 3rd gear but it went into 1st" anyway she agreed to pay for the repair costs (new forks and headstock bearings) we told her £300 for the repair & it cost us £60 for a set of forks & bearings from the local breakers...

Re: Crashed in to the back of a car.

as already mentioned your the one "at fault"

If ever someone runs into the back of you regardless of how it happened it's their fault for not keeping the correct distance to react etc, if they go through insurance you will loose i'm afraid
