Re: best/worst customer services reputations
Buy straight from John and Jen, Can order parts while I'm at work and pay for them when I get home. Also Extremely helpful over the phone and always have time to help you out when Help/Advice is needed

Re: best/worst customer services reputations
This poll needs to be re-opened or started again, Fiddy-parts are without doubt the best in the bussiness and have helped out people no end with bits and customer service in the past, this poll show's they are on par with Cokomoto .....

Re: best/worst customer services reputations
OOracing delivery times is amazing, never longer than 2 days, fiddyparts are brilliant! and redcircles have always been good to me although they do 'budget' parts

Re: best/worst customer services reputations
Anybody had a run in with pitbikedirect.com. Iv been waiting for over a week for my new bike. Sent them three emails which they replyed to none. Had to ring them twice before I managed to get hold of someone. They failed to let me know that the bike I ordered was out of stock and then they Said I would have my bike by the 3rd which is today and still no bike.

get your money back and go elsewhere otherwise youll be chasing the bike forever while they sit earning interest on your money and eventually wind the company up.
