Bike: 120cc pit bike
flooded engine?????

Hi guys and girls.

When taking my atomic sidewinder 120cc pit bike apart i snapped off the spark plug connector to the electrics. i think i have soldered it back on correctly but it now wont get running. i am not sure if the engine is now flooded as i kept trying to kick it over but wouldnt start.

how would i know if engine is flooded and how would i fix?

Cheers

Re: flooded engine?????

Id just buy a new ht lead to start with if thats what you mean youve snapped. And just takyou spark plug an the fuel should evaporate.

But like thelad abouve said, undo the spark plug stick i in th plug cap an put your thumb over the the end of the spark plug, youll feel a tingle in your finger which id good an neans you have a spark it doesnt hurt donlisten when people say it does, only hurts on a car haha

Take your plug out, kick it over with the fuel off. or not the safest, but hold a lighter to the hole while stood to the side. Both should burn excess fuel
