yeah i think there is a sticker on there with it on what does it do has it gota do with moveing oil about

It'a a electric start motor the chrome round thing my brothers bike has one

ok good good what you recon cut it off lol idont think ill use it do you know were i can get parts iv got a manfold and 4 carbs non off them will fit with that in the way

i had the asme motor as that an i didnt know what that bit was till now as most of it was chopped off lol
