bike bogging down at full revs
hi all i have got a 110 engine not shure which one as there is no name on the casing but when i give it some revs it seems to bog down at top end and hesitates abit ive tried to play with the mixture screw but did nothing so i adjusted the needle clip to the very bottom and it was perfect bso i cut it off then when i started it again it started boggin again any idea's?

but the carb was running perfect on my zongchen thats what i cant understand when i got the biek it didnt have a carb so i took it off my zongchen and stuck it on my new one and it started doing it

Have you tried just giving it a good clean?
Otherwise the jetting will need adjusting.

float stuck or carb blocked,, have you tried cleaning the carb

yeah ive stripped the carb down cleaned it eveytime ive had the needle out so i know there's no crap in it i have got a smaller main let and another thinner jet would these do anything?

maybe but if you have also tried the mixture screw i cant really see it being that

crap/water in air filter recently ??

got the same problem with my thumpstar ,changed everything coil ,plug,loom,cdi, tested stator ok carb brand new found out its valve timing good luck

ive bought a honda c90 manual coz most pit bike engines are copies of those.without looking in manual i'm sorry cant tell you but i think haveagoade has a manual you can down load on his page
