Hi all, as some of you know i have recently been ripped off by a user on this site, since he has been caught out i have been trying to get my money back from him without involving the authorities but it has become apparent that this joker has no intention of paying me or anyone else back and the time for action has come, i will be reporting the matter to the police tomorrow and i would just like to know i can count on everybodys support, he is probably still trying to scam people and hasnt learnt anything so i no longer care about the money i just want this scumbag brought to justice,
your thoughts please...................

Tbh , i dont really care, ive been scammed before on this site and didnt get my money back, if anything just take the fact you wont do it again from it.

The police cant do anything, so in reality your wasting your time, Your only option is to personally visit him, but even then theres no gaurentee he will be in.

However, it is possible to go through the small claims court as you have his identity, but this will cost you in excess of £200, and theres no gaurentee you will get your money back

mate call the police trust me he will get done for it its classed as fraud. and anyways the mods have all the evdiance to get a conviction out of it

not all people are thieves mate, i work for my money, and as for the police not doing anything i think you will find them very interested as he has been grooming people for deliberate deception which they take a dim view of, next you will probably be mugging little old ladies, or nicking charity boxes
