got my yx160 back yesturday and kicked it up first time and idled perfect revved it and give it the beans while in neutral and was perfect, when inside to get my boots on went to ride it and stalled it

tried to kick it again and it wasnt having any of it for ages then eventually started and idled fine again, then went of up road and when it got to 2nd 3rd and 4th high end of gears it bogged and shuddered badley? any ideas , running a 22,5 pilot and 145 main. vm26 with a k&n filter.

Also could it be too lean?

hard to hot start could be too rich on the pilot,
plug chop to check the main jet sounds like its off

got a mate whos running same engine with same carb and same jets and its fine? could it be coil or cdi? or a earth has come lose ?
