lmfao sorry im not that hip with some words lol ok good good well iv got these 2 bikes i might be doin a swop/px for and ilove honda but iv never had a yz my mate wont tounch anythink eles iwas ment to ride his today but track was closed just to see if i got on with it

Only got the big boys bikes to compare.

But my YZF450 (2003 model) up against my pals CRF450 (2004 model), My YZF smashed it in all areas, Supermoto and Greenlaning.
Felt like it had better handling, brakes suspension etc.
And it was easily a faster bike, made the CRF look slow (Even though the CRF was a 6 speed, my YZF was only 4).

Not in my experience.

That said, all makes have their ups and downs with certain years.



And to the Op.

If your comparing 12 year old bikes, just get one which is in the best condition, now.
I'd happily take a mint 2000 'last place shoot-out winner' over a battered/f##ked 'first place' one.

realy wow see i love them both so dont mind im gaging to get back on a full mx bike iv got a 1985ish 125 ktm but ithink i would kill it on the track and a want one so bad and iwanna ride for a club sooooooooo badly its gona take me a while to ride good agen lol
