Low compression?

I have konker 150 that one day i put in too lean of a main jet and i was in 3rd gear and it died and hadn't had spark until today when i finally got spark. Not even really sure why it wasn't getting spark i had to use half of my old inner rotor kit and half of a new one and now it has spark anyway... after it died in 3rd gear the compression seams way lower. I haven't read it cause i don't have a tool but even after got spark the bike wont start ( changed carb setting back to when it was running before [a little rich but still ran])

So before i killed it the compression was super hard and after its quite easy to turn. Do you think this is do to valves? or needs new rings?

Re: Low compression?

could be either, rings are only a few quid, and if your doing the vales you may as well do them too. Nice little refresh for the engine too.
