advice needed
hi all I picked up my demonx 125cc last week but have a few running issues. when I got the bike it would start straight away but had to hold it on throttle til it warmed up. so I decided to tweak the mixture screw now it banging and popping a treat! im not sure what to do?

You've gone too lean on the screw, go the other way to richen it up and stop the popping.
It's like a willy. Leave it alone unless you know what your doing with it.

1 mixture adjustment screw, 1 idle adjustment screw.
The idle is the top that sits at 90 degrees to the slide tube, on the side of the carb.
usually the mixture screw is at a funny angle - like 45 degrees to the carb, and has a flush srew to stop accidental adjustment.
Try screwing it all the way in (gently) then turn it 1.5 turns out.
That will be a reasonable start point. But as katoom said, its no where near as simple as turning a screw to get it set up spot on - so try to leave it along once its running ok.
