Zongshen 155 motor

Anyone else here have problems with the zongshen 155 motor?
Recently brought my m2r km160x not very old still look pretty new when I got it like all cleaned and tyres looked sweet no dirt on the bike at all
I've since drained the oil and fresh petrol cleaned all the carb up.
Still haven't even ridden it properly part from when I test rode it befor I brought it!
When I gave it fresh oil yesterday and kicked it over to warm it up
And get up to temperature bent down to flick the choke in and I noticed like a knocking noise ?
I have an onwers club of Facebook (pitbike owners club Norfolk) I posted about it in there and they suggested me to start the bike up and pull the clutch in and see if the noise gose ? (Becaues the bike had been standing a year and only started a handful of time befor a rough it. So I done that and it didn't make any difference They she said to check the valve clearance and if that fails the crank ?
Dose anyone here suggest anything else for me to try befor I pull the engine apart ? Thanks in advance rob

Re: Zongshen 155 motor

Noises are hard to diagnose online. Is the noise coming from the head or the bottom end?
