if all orginal ID numbers are removed then a Q plate is only thing you can do. My bike had orginal numbers and came with V5/mot certs

the indys are off now and the switch gear is kill switch and horn. it will only be a summer toy and will never ride at night.

Does that make it hard to source parts?

yeah bit of a nightmare! had to get all of the parts from japan for the rebuild and hit my pocket hard. The ts125r shares all the body work but this is quite a rare bike as well. when i got the bike it had the exhaust side rear panel missing and couldn't find a replacment anywhere without out paying over a ton for a bit of plastic so i mod'd some kx250 panel and fit quite well. managed to find a tank from a ts125 as the one that was on was dented really bad.

Re: my suzuki TS200R (rare bike) in SM spec

they were very reliable when maintained. they are prone to droping into cylinder when bike is in motion but this is only when there worn and a cost of around £400 each power valve to replace lol. think i will sell it once mot'd/taxed as think someone will have plenty of summer fun. another job on the card is to fab another end can as the std is just too quite for me lol
