no ive sold some parts of here, anyhow as my old paypal went wrong, i brought some parts ages ago using a different credit card as i forgo my password and they said it was fraud ect..

anyhow made a new account in my missis name and as im a " new seller" they need a tracking number or good feedback, BUT i deleted load of emails couple days ago with the tracking numbers, but for fraud reason i need a tracking number that was 3 or more days ago or good feedback.

They also said i got to wait so many days for ine transaction for me to have then another laod of days. Swear they dont think people need money to paybills

its held for 21 days or 7 days with proof of delivery. Or if its on ebay itll clear when you receive good feedback.

Re: paypal

you will get it after 21 days, regardless of if you provide proof of postage, you first couple of transfers to the bank will take 3 days to clear too, ive had the same problem with my new business account although after you have received 10 payments and waited 60 days from your first ever payment these restrictions will be lifted.

The only way to get the money instantly is to get them buyer to send the payment as a gift (payment to friend/ family on the new site) then the money will clear instantly and you will be able to withdraw to bank.
