Ghost Bikes?

Hello people have you all bought anything from ghost bike? What it is my mum paid like just short of £400 for one of them 125 pitbikes. I went out on it boxing day only went down a hill and the sprocket/back whell snapped clean in half I was only roling down the hill. My dad's had a look at it and said there must of been a fractor on the wheel itself cause there was little air bubbles on my wheel. Ive tried sending it back and they said it isnt there problem? Now i have to buy a new back wheel, sprocket, and bolts. Weres best place to buy a good new back wheel? I will never deal with ghost again.

Re: Ghost Bikes?

We haven't had issues with the GMX bike of this nature, apart from the one mentioned by this customer, so we know exactly who this is...

This customer phoned in and spoke to one of my colleagues, who asked the customer to bring the bike back in for our engineer to take a look at the following day, however at this point the customer made racist, threatening and derogatory comments to the lady on the phone, my colleague was shocked and upset, and therefore the manager took over and spoke to the customer pointing out his comments were racist.

At this point the customer slammed down the phone. Our staff are there to help and are not there to be threatened and sworn at and this is not something we will tolerate from customers.
