hi my brother had a pity 110cc dad took the sparkplug out as punishment lol so he found 1 tht fits and screwed it all the way in obv a car 1 , that would ov stuck in tht far the piston hit the plug and the bent over bit of the plug got snapped off and timing jumped made a nice crunchingsound my unkle took head off and extracted the peice now we dont know how to do the timing

plz help in dire need loncin 110cc on the floor in bits

its been fitted with a turbo/supercharger aswell had 600 quid on parts on it every thing on it is genuine thumpstar and terramoto parts all round realiy is spanking

my dad good with engines but he just needs a bit of help

all suggestions greatly appreciated


Also i need the torque settings for head
its a a loncin 110cc pitt turboed crf grafics blak plastics anadized red parts all over it with road ***bleys so u gt an immage

there should be a little arrow on ther sprocket and one on the case which need to line up

also get some pictures

theres a mark on the flywheel, a t or an f or both, ONE of these face 12 o clock and theres a mark on the cam sprocket which faces 9 O CLOCK.

im not sure what mark on flywheel faces up though mate, try each one OR try and find a tutorial

ouch just trapped my finger in my jack
