tbh if i got a duff bike. called up and i couldn't understand the blooody sales person, id be ****sssssed off also hahahahah. all call centres should talk in proper english. stupid companys cheap labour rant rant rant....

All our staff speak clear good english directly from the office in Preston, our calls are NOT diverted to an indian call center and even if they were it would be NO excuse for any abuse, racist or otherwise.

Most companies i ring up all have a woman from newcastle. i cant understand a word shes saying. and some how everytime i always manage to order something else because im just saying yes to everything shes saying. great sales tactic by the companies i must say
